Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

We supply stainless Steel Wire Mesh from first class stainless steel wire materials in SUS 302, 304, 316, 304L, 316L.

Typical Weaving Patterns for Stainless Steel Wire  Mesh: Plain weave, twill weave, Dutch weave, reverse Dutch weave.
General Use: Stainless steel wire mesh, with its  excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and  corrosion, find extensive uses in processing of oils,  chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, also sorting and  screening of solid, liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy,  airspace, machine making, aquaculture pond outlet screens etc.

Brass wire mesh (cloth) and phosphor bronze wire mesh (wire cloth) are frequently used as sieving and filtering materials in screening pellet, powder, porcelain clay and glass, chinaware printing, filtering liquid and gas. Brass wire mesh and wire cloth possess greater strength than copper wire mesh or bronze wire mesh. Copper wire cloth finds wide usage in traveling water screens, radio frequency interference shielding, sugar and marine applications. Fencing Mesh Panels

Welded Wire Mesh

Weaving and characteristics: including galvanizing after weaving, galvanizing before weaving etc. (Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh, Black Wire Welded Mesh Panels, PVC Coated Welded Mesh Panel).

Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh Panels: Made with low carbon iron wire, through automatic spot welding, treated with zinc coating in the surface. Usually it is produced according the UK standard. Galvanized welded wire mesh has flat surface and firm structure, it is a kind of wire mesh with the best corrosion resistance among the iron wire meshes family, also the most popular one with widest range of applications. Galvanized welded wire mesh offers a kind of decoration, it can be used in hardware processing, also as mesh sheets in construction to save cost.

Expanded Metals

Materials: stainless steel, iron plate, copper plate, aluminum plate, and also can be finished with different coatings.

Uses:

Widely used in the core of filter, medicine, filtering, breed, battery, mechanical protecting, making the crafts, the meshes for the high-grade sound box, decorate, the seating for children, small basket and basket.

Perforated Metals

Perforated metal is another source for filtration, straining and decoration. It is extremely versatile and lightweight. The most common applications include: screens, diffusers, guards, filters, vents and more. Customer perforation is our strong side for your service.

Materials:

The materials which are normally perforated are: common steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous materials, others, such as plastic, etc.

Size:

The thickness ranges generally from 0,6 up to 20 mm, while the maximum length is normally 1500 mm. If the rewinding as bands is not required the length should not be more than 6000 mm. On request it is also possible to exceed these values. The perforated metals can be supplied in sheets.

Holes:

The most required are round, square, elongated slotted and rectangular. Hole patterns can be staggered and straight aligned holes.

Filter Series

We supply wire mesh filter fittings including welded wire mesh tubes and cylinders (Mesh Tubes & Cylinders, Wire Mesh Strainers, Wire Mesh Filter Discs). Mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff and water treatment. Major materials used are stainless steel woven wire mesh, perforated metal, expanded metal and metal fiber web.
